Dr. Jennifer Rubi, PT, DPT, SFMA, RYT
Dr. Jennifer Rubi is a physical therapist and yoga teacher based in Kailua, Hawaii. She is originally from Southern California. In 2014, she earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy with a manual therapy specialization from University of St. Augustine in San Diego.

Prior to moving to Hawaii, Dr. Jenn lived and worked for 5 years in New York City. Her experience includes treating orthopedic cases, post-operative conditions, chronic pain, stress-related pain, sports injuries, and performance training. During her time in NYC, she also found joy in mentoring and hosting workshops for new graduates to improve clinical skills to ensure highest quality of care.

In 2019, she became a Registered Yoga Teacher, her mission is to empower others by connecting mind, body, and soul. Through investigation of breath to movement, she hopes one can connect to what the body is revealing about his or her own life.

Her true passion lies with guiding her patients through healing to inspire them to move better. She loves working with individuals leading active lifestyles. She also works well with individuals suffering from chronic pain that are motivated for a positive change in their body.

During her spare time, Dr. Jenn enjoys yoga, running, hiking, relaxing at the beach, and reading. In the past three years, she ran and completed the New York City Marathon, Berlin Marathon, and Chicago Marathon.

Since 2012, she has been a member of American Physical Therapy Association.
